Preliminary long-term training implementation study

Initial research of the training using the NEMOS.1 machine prototype implementation was conducted as a single-subject experiment conducted between 2016 and 2022, in collaboration with the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Analyses of gait and jogging kinematics were performed in 2016 and 2022. In 2019, a regimen of approximately 120 training sessions was implemented, featuring a progressive load equivalent to about 60% of 1RM. The experimental intervention resulted in the complete elimination of chronic lower back pain, stabilization of the ankle joint, and a radical reduction in lateral asymmetry during the kinematics of walking and jogging. These findings were presented at the Biomechanics 2023 scientific conference, held at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in September 13-16, 2023.
